Another round of updates were launched late last week.

- Phone Notes Category drop down were the same choices as dining notes category drop down (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner) – these are now separate lists
- Update to Family Traveler Special Notes field to allow apostrophe character
- Added the October Fiscal Year to the Report Drop Down list for quicker access to reports
- Reservations/Email tab – Order email by date
- Travel With – Sort from newest to oldest so that the current reservations are at the top of the list
- Add 15 day (from check in date) as a merge tag
- Add ‘type to search’ functionality for 8 fields on the Reservations Screen – Product, Destination, ResortShip, Celebrations, Cruise Itinerary, Ticket Types, Add-On Options, Transportation Options
- Reservation Number Merge tag added to a form
- Customer invite – auto phone number formatting
- Update Email marketing feature to NOT send emails to canceled reservations
- Add ‘Gift Card’ To Credit Card Type drop down
- Email Tab – update formatting to allow for longer names and subject lines
- Added “Select All” option for List Filters (Customer, Leads, Reservations)
- Admin users only – Deleting Resort/Ship AND Destinations – added messaging so the user is now warned if there is a reservation or lead using the entity trying to be deleted
- Remove the word ‘Cruise’ from Cruise Itinerary – Now this is a generic Itinerary field
- Consistent Order of customers across UI’s – Most screens will now show the Customer name as LastName, FirstName
- Notes Fields – Reservations – Expands as more is typed instead of scroll
- Add ‘Nickname’ column to Customer List
- Reservations/Dining Tab update – sort by date
- Upcoming Commissions Report – update labels to be more clear
- Agent Sales By Product – Change labels to be more clear
- Final Agency Commission – Rename labels to be more clear
- Customer Invite Review Page – Fixed 2 spelling issues
- Fixed Leads List to now load from all 3 navigation paths
- Updated Payments listed on a reservation to sort properly
