Hello and happy Wednesday.  We pushed an update out this afternoon and wanted to let you know right away.

• New Feature – Vacation Creations will now help you format your phone numbers in a much more consistent way and you do not have to type in the () or – any more.  This feature also allows a much better international phone number experience.
• PLEASE NOTE – there have been a lot of invalid phone numbers typed into the system and bulk imported into the system over the years.  This new feature will highlight these invalid phone numbers and allow you to correct and save them while you are working day to day in your records.  If you have an international phone number in the system and it is not letting you save, please select the country flag from the drop down just to the left of the phone number and the system will help you format the phone number properly.

• New Feature – We added a Customer ‘Add New’ button on the Reservation customer drop down so it works like the Leads ‘Add New’ Customer.  This is handy if you are trying to build a reservation for a new customer and you forget to add the customer first.
• Fixed a merge tag bug that was not allowing “Add on Options” nor “Ticket Types” to show on a reservation report (Invoice feature)
• Fixed the Fiscal Year Report dates for quickly pulling reports for an October through September date range.

Another excited update – Our team has finished development work and will start the testing phase next week for our most requested feature!  Email notifications to the Agent when a client fills out a form or completes a customer invite.

We now anticipate launching this feature ahead of schedule – before the end of Q1.
