Great News this afternoon.  The most popular user request is now live!

• Users can now receive system generated email notifications outside Vacation Creations!  – INSTRUCTIONS: Each user can now click on the circle with their photo or initials in the upper right hand corner of every screen – then select ‘Edit Profile’.  Scroll to the bottom on the left side and you will see 8 new check boxes.  Check the box next to each notification that you would like to receive. – Make sure to scroll back up and SAVE your changes.
• Email = an email will be sent to your profile email address
• System = an alert in the bell in the top right of your screen Inside Vacation Creations

• The “Leave without Saving” alert is no longer popping up every time you try to leave a record.
  • NOTE – In some cases, if the phone numbers were imported or originally typed in the old format, this notification will still pop up the first time.  If you ‘Save’ the record (even if you haven’t changed anything) then the system will save your phone numbers in the new format and you should not see that pop up again.

• On Checkwriter – we have added a Total Unpaid to All agents
• On the Reservation Email Tab – Users can now “Pause All”
• We fixed an error that was keeping some users from Saving a Lead in some scenarios.  We also fixed a similar error that was keeping admin users from saving System User records in some scenarios.

We are still working on the new dashboard widget “Current Sales”.  Since it is not working properly, it was only causing more questions so we removed it for now.  Once we get it up and running, we will turn it back on.  We were close, but we didn’t want to hold up the rest of these updates.
