
Happy New Year Again! It seems like we just sent you an email with our release updates, but we already have more!
- A VERY Popular request from our users! – When an agent duplicates a reservation, they now have the choice to select todays date or the original date for the booking date. Thank you to all of the users who requested we give the agents more control here.
- Your team should already be receiving Notifications (Via the Notification Bell in the upper right hand corner) when a client completes their profile via the Customer Invite Feature!
- We added a new dashboard widget – Current Sales – to the bottom of the dashboards. In the future we will allow users to select the dashboard widgets they would like to see. If you have ideas for additional widgets please use the Suggest a New feature module and send us your ideas.
- We updated the ‘From’ email in our automated emails – This will reduce the number of times your customers report that your system emails are going to spam and our email server was requiring the change so we didn’t have much of a choice. PLEASE NOTE that your customers will not see your agents’ email address in the ‘from’ field BUT they will see the Agent Name and if they click “Reply” the reply email will go to the Agents’ email address NOT our system email address.
- Marketing Campaign – Campaign Details Screen – we updated the time/date stamps to show the local time instead of GMT/server time.
- We locked the Reservation Number field when a reservation has been remitted. This way the reservation number cannot be edited post remittance, which could cause some confusion later.
- Fixed a bug on the Preview an Email in the Reservation screen
Our team is working full time to build additional features and will continue to do so all year. Our next update will come in February – a few features to look for: Add Passport Issuing Country Field, showing an email marketing indicator on the system users list screen, and adding the quick customer add to the new reservation screen.
In Addition, we are continuing to work on our most voted for feature: Email notifications to the Agent when a client fills out a form or completes a customer invite.
