Include testimonials from happy clients in your emails. These can be videos, pictures, or written, but no matter what form you choose they can have a huge impact.

Suggest Travel Destinations

Even if you don’t have an amazing deal going on at the time, you can still let your clients decide where their next vacation should be. You can vary this based on what time of year it is and give them tips and tricks about travel to certain destinations during certain times. 

If you know of a discount through an airline or for a certain place to stay, this would be a perfect time to mention it to your subscribers. For example, something as simple as “flights to Paris have a 20% discount on return tickets”.

Give Incentive

One of the main reasons people travel with an agency is because of incentives offered. If you have a great deal on park tickets or a certificate to eat at a certain restaurant for free, let your clients know! It’s almost impossible for them to turn down an offer like that! 

Understand Interests Through a Questionnaire
