Agreement to Terms
These Terms and Conditions of Service (“Terms”) are a legally binding agreement between you (“User,” “Customer”) and Vacation Creations CRM (“Vacation Creations,” “we,” “us”). By using our CRM software and website, you agree to comply with these Terms.
The effective date of these policies is March 5, 2025, superseding any prior published terms for our Terms.
Description of Service
Vacation Creations provides a CRM platform designed for travel agents and agencies to manage customer relationships, bookings, communications, and more. Our Service is subscription-based and may require payment via Stripe.
User Accounts & Responsibilities
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
- You cannot share your login credentials with others.
- You are responsible for all activity on your account (Admins, Owners and Users)
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations.
Payments & Subscription Terms
- Our Service is billed on a recurring basis unless canceled.
- All payments are securely processed via Stripe.
- By subscribing, you agree to automatic billing unless you cancel before the next billing cycle.
- Admins and Users may sign up for recurring billing monthly, quarterly or yearly.
Refund, Cancellation, & Fulfillment Policy
In compliance with Stripe’s Fulfillment Processing Requirements, we outline the following:
Prepaid Subscription Refunds: If a prepaid subscription has an unused portion of one month or more after an individual user’s account is closed, an admin-level user may request a refund. Upon verification that the user account has been deactivated, a credit for the unused prepaid amount will be applied to the admin account’s next billing cycle within the company.
Cancellations & Refunds: For agencies closing their entire account and requesting refunds for multiple users or the last remaining admin user, we require at least three (3) months’ notice before the account closure. This allows us to schedule the account deactivation and accurately calculate any eligible prepaid subscription refunds. The total refund for any unused portion will be processed after the agency account has been officially closed, following the guidelines outlined below.
Refund Limitations:
• No refunds will be issued for amounts less than the cost of one full month of a subscription.
• Prepaid subscriptions under $10/month are non-refundable.
Delivery of Services: Our CRM software is a digital product, and access is granted immediately upon successful payment. No physical goods are shipped.
Chargebacks & Disputes: If you initiate a chargeback, your account may be suspended until the issue is resolved.

Acceptable Use Policy
Users must not:
❌ Use the Service for fraudulent, illegal, or unauthorized purposes
❌ Disrupt or compromise the security of our system
❌ Share account access or misrepresent identity
Intellectual Property
All software, trademarks, and content related to Vacation Creations CRM remain our intellectual property. Users may not copy, distribute, or modify our software without permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
• We are not liable for losses, damages, or service interruptions.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free service.
• We are not responsible for third-party integrations or external services (e.g., Stripe, Amazon Web Servers, SendGrid, domain/email/hosting providers, etc).
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in the state of Missouri.
Modifications to Our Terms and Conditions
We may update our Terms and Conditions from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms and Conditions on this page.
You are advised to review this Terms and Conditions periodically for any changes. Changes to this Terms and Conditions are effective when they are posted on this page.
