Sending a Follow up after a Consultation

After meeting with a potential client regarding their travel needs, it is important to send a follow up email to keep your agency (and their dream vacation ❤️) fresh in their mind.

The follow up email is not only a great marketing tactic, but it is also a perfect opportunity to provide an easy and seamless guide to booking their trip.

For example, in your follow up email, thank your prospect for meeting with you and remind them of the services you can provide to make their travel dreams come true. Then, provide a link or form of contact for the prospect to book their trip!
