This is now called “Receiving Commission Remittances” – we have linked the video here for your convenience.

How to Remit Commissions in Vacation Creations CRM (Full, Partial & Special Scenarios)

This training video walks you through how to receive and remit commissions inside the Vacation Creations CRM. Because commissions don’t always come in the same way, this tutorial covers multiple real-world scenarios so you know exactly what to do in each situation.

In this video, you’ll learn how to:

* Remit a full commission when the total amount has been received

* Apply partial commissions and complete them later when the balance comes in

* Search for commissions by product, reservation number, or agent name

* Correct mistakes when entering commission amounts or dates

* Understand why commissions can’t be remitted until the full amount is received

* View previously received commissions using the “Received” tab

* Undo and edit received commissions when changes are needed

* Navigate from commission records directly to the related reservation

* Recognize when reservation fields are locked after commission activity

* Pay agents early by marking reservations as completed

* Identify common issues that prevent commissions from appearing (such as reservations marked non-commissionable)

* Avoid search errors by clearing fields before running a new lookup

You’ll also see helpful troubleshooting tips and best practices to ensure commissions flow correctly from receipt to agent payment. This video is part of our Vacation Creations CRM training series and is designed to help agency owners and admins confidently manage commissions with accuracy and ease. 👉 Be sure to watch the next video in this series to learn how to use Check Writer to pay agents once commissions have been remitted.
