We are excited to report that we have been busy behind the scenes adding a few updates to the system.  All of these updates and features released are inspired by your feedback. When you chat with our support team, or respond to our surveys, we listen and build solutions for you.

Below you will see the items we released this week!

• We added the columns for middle name, nickname, gender, birth dates and anniversary dates to the customer export!
• You will now see an entry within the credit card form for ‘Nickname’-many users have requested this!
• Within the profile editor (top right of any screen-click your initials and Edit Profile), you now have the ability to add your own social media and agent custom links-Admin this should save you some time!
• We also updated the email marketing campaigns merge tag for ‘Agent Custom Link’ as it was not working properly!
