We have a few updates to share this week! Two of these items were requested by our users so keep those suggestions coming! Updates and a brief description are as follows:

• As an admin user, you can now search for the Group Number in the Commission Remittance area! You will see this field to the right of the Reservation Number field when searching.
• We have added the ability to add a user input field to our forms. Have you ever wanted to add a specific payment amount to a Credit Card Authorization form?  Simply click the ‘Add User Input Field’ in the Form Editor and choose a name like ‘Payment Amount’.  Then, in the form content, use the Merge Tag labeled Payment Amount inside any of the Form blocks. Users will be prompted to add the dollar amount when they click the send button for that form.  This was a survey suggestion – Thank You!
• The Customer Export with Traveler Data now includes the State and Zip Code.
• We resolved the issue of timeline tasks not populating (in some cases) when a reservation is assigned to another agent.
