We’re making managing your Vacation Creations CRM subscription easier than ever! Instead of receiving invoices from an email via QuickBooks, you can now view and pay directly from our system.

How It Works: 

✅  Your invoice will appear in your account automatically in February, reflecting the same payment schedule as before—annually, quarterly or monthly.
✅  Agency owners can continue paying for their team or, in the future, allow individual agents to pay their own subscriptions.
✅  You can change billing frequency to monthly, quarterly or leave it annually.
✅  If a payment is missed, the system will temporarily deactivate access (but don’t worry—your data is safe and will be restored upon payment).

📢 Important Billing Update – What You Need to Know

✅ Your 2025 invoice will be available inside Vacation Creations in February 2025. It will have the same pricing and billing format as 2024, but instead of receiving a separate invoice via QuickBooks email, you’ll access and pay it directly from Settings > Invoices.

✅ You must pay this invoice before any new billing options become available. The ability to adjust billing frequency and/or allow individual agents to pay their own subscription is already built, but for most users, it will not take effect until January 2026.

✅ Quarterly invoiced users will have the option to update their billing frequency and start billing their agents after Q1 2025.

✅ To switch to Monthly or Quarterly and/or require your agents to individually pay their subscription fees, simply update your preference before January 1, 2026—starting that date, your new billing choice will take effect.

This update is designed to give you more flexibility and control over your agent and agency payments while keeping things simple!

(If you are currently on V2 you won’t be able to access this until after your migration to V3)

New Agent Signups:
For new agents signing up, the system will automatically prorate their first payment based on their signup date and selected billing cycle—whether monthly, quarterly, or annually. This ensures they only pay for the remaining days in the current billing period, making onboarding seamless and fair.
