The wait is over! —Invoicing is now live for all users! 🎉

Instead of receiving invoices via QuickBooks email, you can now view and pay directly from your Vacation Creations CRM account under Settings > Invoices.

What You Need to Know:

✅ Your invoice is already in your account, reflecting the same payment schedule as before—annually, quarterly, or monthly.

Many of you have already paid your invoice through the new system and we THANK YOU! 💚💙

✅ Agency owners can continue paying for their team or, in the future, allow individual agents to pay their own subscriptions.

✅ You’ll soon be able to adjust your billing frequency to monthly, quarterly, or annually before your next renewal.

✅ If a payment is missed, access will be temporarily deactivated—but don’t worry, your data remains safe and is restored upon payment.

📢 Important Billing Update – What You Need to Know

✅ Your 2025 invoice is now available inside Vacation Creations CRM. It will have the same pricing and billing format as 2024, but instead of receiving a separate invoice via QuickBooks email, you’ll access and pay it directly from Settings > Invoices.

✅ You must pay this invoice before any new billing options become available. The ability to adjust billing frequency and/or allow individual agents to pay their own subscription is already built, but for most (yearly) users, it will not take effect until January 2026.

✅ Quarterly invoiced users will have the option to update their billing frequency and start billing their agents after Q1 2025.

✅ To switch to Monthly or Quarterly and/or require your agents to individually pay their subscription fees, simply update your preference before January 1, 2026—starting that date, your new billing choice will take effect.

This update is designed to give you more flexibility and control over your agent and agency payments while keeping things simple!

(This NEW feature is possible because of the flexibility of Version 3)

New Agent Signups:
For new agents signing up, the system will automatically prorate their first payment based on their signup date and selected billing cycle—whether monthly, quarterly, or annually. This ensures they only pay for the remaining days in the current billing period, making onboarding seamless and fair.
