One of the things our users love most about Vacation Creations is having email marketing built right into the system – simple, convenient, and ready when you are.

We wanted to take a moment to share a little clarity around how email marketing works behind the scenes, just so everything feels clear and predictable.

First (and most important): this does not affect reservation emails at all.

This applies only to users who are actively using the Email Marketing Campaign feature.

When email marketing is turned on, each user can send up to 5,000 marketing emails per month as part of the system. For most users, that’s more than enough, and many never come close to reaching it.

On the occasion that more than 5,000 marketing emails are sent in a month, any additional emails are billed at $0.001 per email (that’s one-thousandth of a cent). In most cases, this works out to just a few extra pennies.
