Over the past 3 months, we have completed several updates while also working on maintaining the overall performance of Vacation Creations.  All of these updates and features released are inspired by your feedback. When you chat with our support team, or respond to our surveys, we listen and build solutions for you.

Here’s what we released over the past 30 days:

• Updated the 1099 report to include the new report filters.
• Bug fixed within the reservation exports to eliminate duplicates.
• Also added to reservation exports was the group number column for a better way to manage group travel reporting.
• We added a new field within system users to allow for an agent’s custom link to be added.
• The merge tag for agent’s custom link was added to reservation emails as well.
• The signed PDF for the credit card forms sent in from clients now displays the last four digits of the card.
• Non-commissionable filtering selection was added to reports.
• Added an explanation pop up to our email marketing performance page which shows the different status’s an email may be in and their descriptions.
• Admin users can now add a comment on the commission remittance and check writer editor which will also appear in the reservation. This is next to the agent commission so agents can also view those comments.
• Users will notice a new field in the reservation details labeled Itinerary link.
• Merge tag within reservation emails added for the itinerary link.
• Last, we added a merge tag for reservation notes in reservation emails and reports.
