We are excited to report that we have been busy behind the scenes adding a few updates to the system.  All of these updates and features released are inspired by your feedback. When you chat with our support team, or respond to our surveys, we listen and build solutions for you. Many of you will be really excited about these especially the last two!

Below you will see the items we released this week!

• • Admin users can now delete system users as long as they do not have any data saved in the system.
  • Admin users will also see that the system user list defaults to only show your Active users. However, the disabled users can be seen by clicking the three dots and selecting ‘Show All Users’. I know many of you will be happy about this one 👏
  • In check writer, the total amount of all checks for all agents is now visible in the pop up window when you are paying all agents at once.
  • All users can now add one or multiple email addresses to reservations. Inside a reservation, click the email module and as long as there are automated emails for the reservation and the main customer has an email address saved, there will be a place to add one or more email addresses so all travelers can get the automated emails! NOTE: You will need to SAVE after adding or deleting an email address here for the recipient to get the emails or stop getting the emails if you remove the address.
  • Resolved an issue with emojis not showing up within marketing campaigns.😊
