We are excited to report that we have been busy behind the scenes adding a few updates to the system.  All of these updates and features released are inspired by your feedback. When you chat with our support team, or respond to our surveys, we listen and build solutions for you or enhancements that help you understand the system better!

Below you will see the items we released this week!

• • Admin and agent level users can now export a report of customers that includes a column for customer tags!
  • We have added the option for a ‘135 days prior’ merge tag into reservation emails.
  • New system messaging will appear when you are trying to delete a customer and the system will not allow it-you will be notified why the customer cannot be deleted.  For example, if the customer has a reservation saved in the system.  
  • Enhancements to the commission remittance editor and reservation screen when a commission is received-you will see new messaging as to why fields are locked.
