Character Limit Notifications Added
We’ve introduced notifications to alert you when you’re nearing the character limit in the Reservation Notes, Customer Special Notes, and General Notes fields, helping you manage your entries more efficiently.
Enhanced Family Travelers Tab
The Family Travelers tab has been updated to make Special Notes and relationship labels easier to read, providing a clearer view of traveler details.
Attachment Time & Date Stamps
All attachments now display a time and date stamp, with the most recent attachment shown at the top of the list, making it easier to manage and track your files.
Updated Date Format for Merge Tags
We’ve changed the date format in merge tags to display as March 18, 2025 (instead of MM-DD-YYYY) for clearer and more consistent formatting.
Deposit & Final Payment Due Dates Enhancements
You can now save Deposit Due Date and Final Payment Due Date fields both before and after the initial save, offering greater flexibility in managing payment deadlines.

New messaging alerts have been added to notify users when they attempt to download reports that exceed data limits, helping you stay informed about large file downloads.

Fixed Saving Issues for Customers with Special Characters
We’ve resolved an issue that prevented customers with special characters in their names from being saved properly. Now, all customer names, including those with special characters, can be saved without issues.
