How to Set Up Notifications for Customer Forms in Vacation Creations CRM

Did you know you can receive instant notifications when a client submits a form inside Vacation Creations CRM? In this video, you’ll learn how to customize your notification settings so you never miss important client activity.

This step-by-step tutorial shows you how to:

  • Access and edit your agent profile
  • Update your personal information and profile picture
  • Navigate to the notification settings section
  • Enable notifications for:
    • Customer form submissions
    • Customer invite completions
    • Lead assignments
    • Reservation form submissions
  • Choose how you want to receive notifications:
    • By email
    • Inside the Vacation Creations system
    • Or both
  • View in-system alerts using the notification bell icon
  • Open and review submitted client forms directly from notifications
