Assigning Leads

One question we have been getting a lot recently is about how Owners/Admins can assign leads to their agents. Because it has been a popular question, we decided that we could help you all out! Here is a walkthrough on how to assign leads to other users in Vacation Creations CRM. 

Let’s walk through it step-by-step too!

  1. This requires you to be logged in as an admin. 
  2. Click on the “Leads” button. You can do this on the homepage or in the sidebar, they lead to the same place. (2nd from the right on the top of the homepage, 4th in the sidebar)
  3. Once you are in the “Leads” section, click on the part called “New Leads”
  4. Once you are in “New Leads”, you will want to add a new customer. Click on the name section and a drop down menu will show up under it. The first option should be “Add New Customer”. Click that.
  5. You will get a pop-up for new customer information. Fill it out with their information. In the information section, you can see who the lead is assigned to. Change this to the correct agent. 
  6. Click the save button in the upper right corner and you’re done!
