How to Duplicate & Link Reservations in Vacation Creations CRM (Group & Family Travel)
When multiple families or clients are traveling together, Vacation Creations CRM makes it easy to stay organized. In this video, you’ll learn how to duplicate a reservation and link multiple bookings so you can manage group travel efficiently.
This step-by-step tutorial shows you how to:
- Duplicate an existing reservation using the three-dot menu
- Choose the correct booking date when creating the duplicate
- Assign the new reservation to a different customer
- Update key details like reservation number, name, pricing, and commission
- Save the reservation and assign the correct traveler(s)
- Link reservations together using the Travel With feature
- Search for and connect related reservations for clients traveling together
- Identify linked reservations with the visual indicator (star icon)
- Easily navigate between linked reservations
- Unlink reservations if plans change
