Campaign visibility in Vacation Creations CRM depends on who sends the campaign.
When an Agency Owner or Admin Sends a Campaign
If an agency owner or admin sends a marketing campaign and selects customers across multiple agents (for example, choosing “All Agents”):
- All included agents can view the campaign performance
- Agents will see:
- The full campaign results
- A list of all customers included in the campaign
- Each customer’s engagement status (sent, opened, clicked, etc.)
- Contact details are not shown – only customer names are visible.
This allows the agency to review overall campaign performance while still limiting access to sensitive contact information.
When an Agent Sends a Campaign
If an individual agent sends a marketing campaign to their own customers:
- Only that agent can see the campaign and its performance
- Agency owners/admins cannot view the campaign
- Other agents cannot view the campaign
