How to Manage a Reservation in Vacation Creations CRM (Tasks, Payments, Notes & More)
Once a reservation is created, Vacation Creations CRM gives you powerful tools to keep everything organized in one place. In this video, you’ll get a full walkthrough of how to work inside a reservation and manage every detail of your client’s trip from start to finish.
This step-by-step tutorial shows you how to:
- Navigate the reservation dashboard and review key booking details
- Use Tasks to track important deadlines like deposits, dining, and final payments
- Edit task dates, priorities, or remove tasks that don’t apply
- Add and manage payments, including deposits and tracking balances due
- Enter payment details like method, date, and last four digits of a card
- Set and track final payment due dates for reminders and automation
- Link reservations using the Travel With feature (for group travel)
- Manage travelers and view ages at time of travel
- Access and store important forms (client agreements, credit card authorizations, etc.)
- Add and organize flight information for easy reference
- Track dining reservations with dates, times, and confirmation numbers
