How to Edit Form Emails & Customer Invitation Emails
When you send forms or invitations to clients through Vacation Creations CRM, you can customize the email messages they receive.
In this video, you’ll learn where to find and edit the default emails that are sent when clients are asked to complete forms or when they are invited to enter their own information into the system.
This tutorial walks you through how to:
• Locate the email settings under Email Manager → Reservation Emails
• Access additional options using the three-dot menu
• Edit the Forms Email sent with documents such as credit card authorization or cancellation forms
• Customize the Customer Invitation Email used when inviting clients to enter their own information
• Use the built-in editor to update text, add images, buttons, and formatting
• Save your changes so future emails reflect your updated message
• Send a customer invitation directly from the system
