Customer Tags

Organizing customers can save you a load of trouble when you need to send a targeted promo or announcement. But what is the best way to do so?

With Vacation Creations “Customer Tags,” it’s easier than ever to make sure you are reaching all the customers you want!

When customers mention that they want to take a specific vacation, for example, Disneyland Paris, you are able to go in and make a tag ‘Disneyland Paris,’ and tag all the relevant customers. If you have a specific deal for Disneyland Paris, you can then filter by the tag to find all customers who are interested in vacations to Disneyland Paris.

To add a tag to a customer’s profile is simple:

When you are in the customer’s profile, click on the right-most section titled “General Information.” Once you are in the section, there is a line for Customer Tags. You may have to enable them for your agents, or reach out to your agency, but once that is done, you are able to organize customers in an easy way based on the type of vacations they prefer.
