Update Customer Profiles

Let’s begin with today’s lesson – How to Update Customer Files

When agents first invite customers to join, customers will add in their profile information. But if a customer has been away or had a major life change, how do they update their information?

Just as you once did with the initial profile email, you will go to your customer’s profile page.

From there, you will click “Self-Service Invitation” in order to send a new invitation to update their profile page. 

This new invitation will take your customers to the “Enter Information” page, and just like originally, will have the customers go through and add family members, anniversaries, and more.

From there, customers can double-check that all the information is correct, hit save, and be ready for their next adventure!
