Today we want to discuss the importance of Thank You Emails.
Why should I send thank you emails to clients? Gratitude can go a long way. Thanking your customers is essential to creating a personalized and positive guest experience.
After a traveler books a trip with you, thank them! When a customer returns home from vacation, thank them! These are perfect times to showcase your appreciation for their business. These messages will reaffirm their decision to book with your agency and make them feel good about doing so.
Thank you emails are also a great opportunity to add a call-to-action, such as leaving a review or following social media pages. If a client feels personally appreciated, they may be more inclined to repeatedly support your business.

Post-Trip Thank You:
