Keeping your profile up to date and your notifications set the way you want them, is key to staying organized and responsive inside Vacation Creations CRM. In this video, you’ll learn how agents can update their profile information and customize their notification preferences.

This step-by-step tutorial shows you how to:
• Access your profile from the top-right corner of the system
• Edit personal details like address, phone number, and social media links
• Save updates to ensure your information stays current
• Adjust billing frequency and add payment methods (if you pay your own invoice)
• Set navigation preferences to control what screen you see first when logging in
• Customize notification settings, including:
• Customer form submissions
• Customer invite completions
• Lead assignment alerts
• Reservation form submissions
• Choose how notifications are delivered (email, in-system, or both)
• View in-system notifications using the notification bell
